The California Highway Patrol (CHP) Rainbow Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF) is proud to serve both Riverside and San Diego counties. Our primary northbound facility is located on Interstate 15, just north of Rainbow Valley Blvd. West, while our southbound facility is situated on Interstate 15, just south of Rainbow Valley Blvd. West.

    Any vehicle that is placarded with haz-mat & all trucks except “pick-up trucks” as defined in §471 of the California Vehicle code.
